The view was impressive. the location is perfect: right in the heart of the old town! Bonus, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The wifi was intermittent and the church bells ringing every 15 minutes made it hard to sleep at night.

The hotel had a great location with beautiful views of the river. Our room was comfortable, clean and had great attention to detail - lovely tea and coffee making facilities and a complimentary bottle of water. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious.
The noise levels were quite high and kept us up at night. the church bells rang every hour and the restaurant below seemed quite loud.

Excellent location overlooking the Rhein River. Fabulous breakfast buffet on the balcony. Room with a view highly recommended. Convenient walk into Switzerland. Welcoming and helpful staff. Relaxing stay in a charming hotel. Great views of the Rhine.

Great views of the river and town. The room was nice and had tea and coffee facilities. The location is superb; close to all the restaurants and shops.
The bells of the nearby church were very noisy and began ringing early in the morning. The TV in the room had only a few channels and none of them were in English.

We had a fantastic time during our stay in this city. The hotel's location near the river was perfect for us to explore the area. The staff provided excellent service, making sure we were comfortable during our stay. The facilities were clean, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We also appreciated the secure parking area provided by the hotel. this hotel was a great choice for our trip to this city.
